AI Factory is an infrastructure development direction within the project. It is not an operational GPU service.
Discuss your requirementsA development brief built around the interfaces your equipment needs.
Electrical, thermal and network requirements.
AI infrastructure development alongside colocation.

A structured discussion separates your requirements from the evidence and decisions still needed.
Document the equipment, interfaces, constraints and intended timing.
Review feasibility, evidence, dependencies and any unresolved assumptions.
Record the scope, responsibilities and next decision points. Commitments require confirmation.
Rack density, load profile, distribution, protection, and commissioning requirements.
Liquid or air cooling interfaces, water quality, heat rejection, and operating conditions.
Fabric topology, external connectivity needs, and management requirements.
Start with the compute architecture and expected demand, then coordinate rack power, heat rejection and network design. A phased plan gives each design decision clear dependencies and acceptance criteria before equipment deployment.
Describe the intended compute architecture, rack power profile and growth assumptions. GPU type or server count alone does not define the infrastructure requirement.
Review the equipment cooling interface, coolant specification, distribution boundaries, leak management and maintainability. No installed liquid-cooling capability is implied.
Develop acceptance criteria for electrical, thermal and network behavior. The roadmap must distinguish studies, design decisions, construction, testing and any future operational release.
